Training Schools

Training Schools

Are you interested in benefiting from being one of our training schools?

We work with a number of local schools to offer CMIS, SIMS, SERCO and Exam Invigilator training, but how could this benefit a school?

  • After completing training, candidates could work in your school voluntarily, giving you an opportunity to utilise their skills free of charge.
  • Aspire People do a lot of PR and will incorporate your school into this, helping to raise the profile of your school
  • This will help any school looking to promote themselves as a training school.
  • Candidates provide an extra pair of hands to help around the office at no cost to the school
  • Give something back to the community and aid people back into work e.g.  redundant people
  • Aspire People will promote your school as a training school for people aiming to get back into work throughout the local press
  • Be featured in Aspire People’s termly newsletter which is sent to over 2000 schools and candidates throughout the midlands
  • School doesn’t have to conduct any safer recruitment checks
  • Try out a pool of talented candidates before other schools and snap them up for permanent or temporary work.
