We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Behavior Mentor to join our committed team of educators. As a Behavior Mentor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive school culture and empowering students to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Building strong relationships with students, providing guidance and support in navigating behavioral challenges.
🔹 Developing and implementing individualized behavior plans to address specific student needs and promote positive outcomes.
🔹 Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
🔹 Utilizing effective strategies and interventions to de-escalate conflicts and promote self-regulation skills.
🔹 Monitoring student progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
