We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our esteemed school community in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The position is available for an immediate start and involves providing support in various classrooms and subject areas.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Classroom Support:** Assist in maintaining a positive learning environment by providing support to students in various classrooms.
- **Covering Lessons:** Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absence, ensuring a conducive atmosphere for learning.
- **Assist with Activities:** Support students in their learning activities and ensure a smooth flow of the daily schedule.
- **Behavior Management:** Implement school policies regarding behavior and discipline, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Relevant experience in a school setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced educational environment.
