Job description
Nursery Teacher, Erdington- 5 DPW
This role will include full class responsibilities including planning and delivering all lessons, organising the classroom and learning resources and attending all school events and activities. This role will commence from January 2021- April 2021. The relevant person must have experience of the early years curriculum.
I have worked with this particular school for a number of years and they provide a strong support system throughout the school and well as having an excellent management team. The school are rated "good" by OFSTED and are forward thinking in their approach to education. Behaviour at the school is excellent and children are excited about the education they receive. The school are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a positive attitude to drive the children further.
Candidates will be required to have the following:
*Experience across Early Years
*An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
*An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
*Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
*A friendly caring nature
*The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
*Keen to learn and develop professionally
*Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
The ideal candidate would have experience and passion to work within a primary school
