Job description
Job Title: EYFS TeacherLocation: Northfield
Josh of Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant educational community in Northfield.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering the academic and personal development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
2. Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and parents.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum.
5. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
6. Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Experience teaching Year 4 students is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
