Position: Maths Teacher
Location: Kettering
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
We are seeking a talented Maths Teacher who is passionate about inspiring young minds and making a positive impact on students' lives. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the national curriculum for Mathematics and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that cater to students' diverse needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.
Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages students' active participation and fosters a love for Mathematics.
Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies to support their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching resources and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss their progress.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Specialization in Mathematics or a related field.
Experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4 levels.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to inclusive education and promoting a positive learning environment.
