Position: Qualified Teacher
Location: Northampton Town
Salary: £220+ per day (higher rates negotiable for additional responsibilities)
Requirements:
PGCE/QTS qualification essential
Desirable: Experience working in a UK secondary school or recent graduate seeking first teaching role
Passion for motivating and inspiring children
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various subjects and specialties
Develop and implement lesson plans to meet curriculum objectives
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement
