Job description
Are you an experienced Administrator in the Bolton area with a background working in a school environment and with SIMS experience?Aspire People are currently recruiting for SIMS School Administrators to work in the Bolton area. It is advantageous that applicants have school administration experience and have a full understanding on SIMS and can navigate confidently.
This post is for 3 weeks initially starting Monday 26th September 2022 and DBS on the update service is also advantageous for a quick compliance turnaround.
There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.
As a School Administrator your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Inputting details onto SIMS
« Answering phones and taking messages
« Typing of letters and memos
« Filing, faxing and photocopying
« Dealing with parents and pupils
You must be:
« Proactive
« Hardworking
« Used to working to strict deadlines
« Not afraid to take on new tasks
« Able to multi task
« Outgoing and have a friendly personality
