Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for Key Stage 2 education?
Josh of Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher for a 'good' school located in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 6 students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
* Prepare students for their transition to secondary education by providing thorough and well-structured lessons.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school's continuous improvement and development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience working with Key Stage 2 students, preferably with a focus on Year 6.
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
* A proactive and flexible approach to teaching, adapting to the needs of individual students.
