Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is part of Aspire People’s culture, we are a sustainable education recruitment agency and take responsibility, above and beyond the minimum legal requirements, for any impacts that we may have on the environment, customers, employees and the community as a whole.

Promoting Diversity

Protecting the Environment

Even the simplest energy efficiency measures, like switching off lights and computers when they aren’t needed, makes a real difference. Aspire People also takes reasonable steps to reduce the amount of paper we waste, candidates now have online wage slips and schools are emailed their invoices.

Aspire People reduce the environmental impact of our business by using local suppliers, having waste paper recycling bins throughout the office and we buy recycled paper and stationary. Aspire People buy recycled toners and printer cartridges, we then sell them back to be recycled again and the money we are given is donated to charity.

Every employee at Aspire People is hand picked for their honest and ethical approach to business.  From the consultants that you work with to the marketing department, Aspire People ensures honest and truthful communication about our company and service.

All marketing materials are written in plain English, telling the truth without hiding anything in the ‘small print’. Recruitment consultants are open and honest about what they do and if something goes wrong the organisation will acknowledge and deal with the problem.

An active part of our local community

Aspire People always strive to get involved with the local community by supporting local charities such as Teenage Cancer Trust or taking part in community events to raise money like the Birmingham Walkathon. The company also likes to help out local schools.  When Wilkinson Primary School was subject to an arson attack the company organised for other primary schools to donate books and stationary.

Aspire People encourage all employees to get involved with the local community whether that be sponsoring a Sutton Coldfield fun run or organising a careers day at a secondary school. The company supports this and allows them to have time off work to pursue community work.
