We are looking for an inspiring Key Stage 1 teacher who can deliver engaging lessons to children aged 5 to 7, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child's individual needs. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the success of all learners. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a creative approach to teaching, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
* Support children's social, emotional, and academic development
* Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child's learning
* Collaborate with the wider school team to share best practices and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Previous experience working in Key Stage 1 (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine passion for teaching young children and a commitment to providing the best possible education
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
