Aspire People are a supply teaching and education recruitment agency operating throughout Central England. We specialise in helping teaching, school office and technical support staff to find opportunities in schools, academies and colleges.

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our busy Team based in the Sutton Coldfield head office.

As our receptionist, you will be representing Aspire People, being the first point of contact for any visiting candidates/clients and will be responsible for ensuring that all of the reception duties are carried out effectively.

You will greet all visitors and will need to notify the correct member of staff of their arrival. You will also be required to take correct documentation for any candidates attending an interview with Aspire People, which then must be scanned on to our system correctly.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload whilst completing a wide-range of tasks and will be required to liaise with candidates, clients and members of the Aspire People team on a daily basis.

Your other daily tasks will also include but not be limited to the below;

General Duties include:

*Correspondences via telephone, email, fax, and post.
*Greeting visitors in our reception area.
*Opening and distributing incoming post.
*Franking outgoing post.
*Signing for any incoming deliveries.
*Printing ID badges for new LIVE candidates when on reception.
*Re-stocking the document drawers/stands in the reception area.
*Scanning and attaching paperwork to candidate files.
*Data entry onto our front-end office system.
*Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
*Correct, effective usage of the company front-end office system including activity logging.
*Adhere to all company policies.
*Other duties as required by the sales team and/or compliance quality manager
*Maintaining the stationary cupboard
*Ensuring all interview rooms are kept clean and tidy
*Booking interviews and meetings in to the office diary
*Running daily call time reports

No experience is necessary as we offer training on all relevant aspects of the role and the right candidate will be given a fantastic career plan to progress after they have completed their apprenticeship.
