Aspire People are looking for a Business and Operations Manager to work with one of our schools in Leicester. The position would include working with the Senior Leadership Team and other schools in the trust. The successful candidate will take the lead on Finance, Premises, HR and Operations amongst other duties. The candidate will play a crucial role working closely with the Executive Principal as well as be responsible for support staff.

The ideal candidate will have School Business Manager experience as well having experience in HR and operations. All candidate must hold a fully enhanced DBS.
