Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Dance Teacher to work in one of our secondary schools in Derby.

The role is to start on 12th March 2018!

Duties include:
*To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/ Personal Tutor
*To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
*To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
*To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
*To assist in the development of appropriate resources.
*To contribute to the Curriculum Area and department’s development plan and its implementation.
*To plan and prepare courses and lessons.
*To contribute to the whole school’s planning activities.

*Hold QTS or equivalent qualifications that allow you to be placed in schools in the specialist subject requested.
*Have a passion for working and supporting children’s learning.
*Strong communication skills that can be demonstrated by an ability to build relationships with other professionals.
