32.5 hours per week term time only
(fixed term for one year initially with the potential to be made permanent)

If you are a graduate considering teaching as a career, this is an excellent opportunity to join our SEND team and provide support to students whilst gaining further experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants with a passion for making a difference and the commitment to improving learning outcomes for students with additional needs, including gifted and talented pupils.
The successful candidates will want to make an impact and have the adaptability to provide support to students with a range of abilities and learning needs. You will be highly motivated and able to support the educational, social and emotional development of pupils at KS3 and KS4.

You will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of creative, innovative strategies to ensure our students achieve their full potential whilst at Broadway Academy.

These posts are covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
