Aspire People are an established education agency who are looking to recruit an experienced School IT Technician to work within Secondary Schools in Coventry.

The position that we are looking to appoint is an IT technician who has suitable experience on VLEs. You must be able to work on a temporary basis, with a permanent contract considered for the right candidate.

You must have a DBS issued within the last 12 months and signed up to the update service or be willing to pay GBP53 for a new DBS check that you can take to any education environment.
It is essential that you have relevant IT technician experience and can carry out some of the following duties:

-Supporting both candidates and Technology teachers throughout the day
-Setting up and using the equipment accurately and safely
-Take a proactive approach to work
-Organised and knowledge of the relevant health and safety regulations
-Able to manage the stock control of materials and equipment
-Ensure that equipment is properly cleaned and that tools and other materials are appropriately stored
