Aspire people is seeking a strong dependable Manager for our client in Erdington. This position requires a fantastic work ethic and strong character as you will be leading from front of this nursery with 92 children on the books and an Outstanding Ofsted review.

This will be a very rewarding position for someone who is looking to run a already established nursery and take it to even greater heights. Treating the business as your own you will be ensuring smooth day to day running of nursery.

Duties will include:
.Managing and inspiring the team.
.Passionate about working with children as well as ways of improving learning.
.Liaising with external agencies
.Ensuring individual children’s needs are met by staff
.Creating not only a safe and fun nursery but workplace
.An excellent Knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding you will be dealing with any safeguarding issues and risk assessments.
. Conducting observations of staff and children. Ensuring proper practice and high standards are kept throughout nursery.
.Taking and chasing payments as well as ensuring banking is completed.
.Constantly thinking of new ways to improve the nursery, you will be proactive and committed to finding new ways to improve the nursery and learning for the children

Salary will be dependant on experience

.Minimum of level 3 or higher in a relevant childcare qualification
.Min 2 years experience in a management role within a nursery
.Paediatric first aid
.Knowledge of Safeguarding
.Clean DBS
.Strong work ethic
.Dependable attitude
