Primary NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher)
Sandwell and Dudley
GBP100- GBP110 per day

Are you still looking for a position to complete your NQT year in September? Aspire People are looking to recruit excellent final year students ready for their NQT year across Sandwell and Dudley for both long term and day to day supply. More and more newly qualified teachers are completing part or all of their induction year through supply.

Aspire has teaching work across EYFS KS1 and KS2 so if you want a chance to gain some experience, further your career and even the possibility of completing all or part of your induction year then we are very keen to speak with you!

If you would like to apply for this position through Aspire People you will need to have the following:

*A PGCE or equivalent qualification and UK QTS

*Live in Sandwell or Dudley or the surrounding areas

*An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner

*An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike

*Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum

*A friendly caring nature

*The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs Keen to learn and develop professionally

*Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching

*Patience, empathy and an ability to build rapport with students, creating a safe teaching environment
