We are currently recruiting a Resourcer to work within our Sutton Coldfield head office.

As a Resourcer, you will report to our Executive Consultant and will be responsible for attracting candidates, maintaining and monitoring a large candidate database and assisting with day to day administration duties.
You will be confident attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will also screen candidates, interviewing them, and doing background checks.
As a Resourcer you will also provide advice to candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
Experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
