School Receptionist – Immediate Start!
Monday – Friday 30 hours per week
9GBP- 10.50GBP

Aspire People are looking for a School Receptionist to start with one of our schools as soon as possible. The school was recently rated “Outstanding” by OFSTED and is located close to Birmingham City Centre. The school is well organised and the office staff are very friendly and supportive.

To be able to be considered for such positions, applicants must have a Child Workforce DBS that is dated within the last 12 months. Due to the fact that we are one of the leading suppliers of school administrators in Birmingham, we are currently inundated with admin vacancies and currently have more vacancies than we do administrators!

The role will include;
*Updating the School System on a day to day basis
*Answering the phone, signing visitors in and out
*Inputting details onto CMIS/SIMS
* Answering phones and taking messages
* Typing of letters and memos
* Filing, faxing and photocopying
* Dealing with parents and pupils

Must Be:
*Proactive,
*Hardworking,
*Used to working to strict deadlines,
*Not afraid to take on new tasks,
*Able to multi task,
*Outgoing and have a friendly personality
