Administration Assistant / Receptionist
36.5 hours per week, all year round
(8.00am start required)
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic administrative assistant to work in our Admin / Reception Offices. You will be efficient, highly competent in using ICT packages, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a busy and varied environment. An essential part of the role is direct contact with students, staff, parents and visitors so the ability to communicate in an effective and friendly manner is essential. You will be able to work on your own initiative and possess exceptional organisational skills. You will have a background in office administration; however, experience in an educational or school office setting would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be given on SIMS.
Please note; annual leave must be taken during school holidays. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement of the role.
