Aspire People are currently recruiting for Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants for SEN schools in and around Leicestershire. We require level 3 experienced Teaching Assistants that have worked with students with a variety of needs including PMLD and challenging behaviour, to support pupils of all ages. The position will require calm and caring Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants to assist the class teacher, provide one to one support for the students, and help to develop the learning and social skills of the children.
Personal care and feeding will also need to be undertaken.
The school requires help from level 3 Teaching Assistants with day to day cover, with the prospect of becoming a regular work for the right candidate
We are looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants with:
Experience working with PMLD students
A patient, caring and adaptable manner to deal with SEN pupils in an education setting
Experience in Personal care and feeding
Team Teach is desirable
