Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant that is looking for a change?

I am looking for a part time SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a school either 5 mornings a week or 2/3 days a week.

The school are really interested to hear from Teaching Assistants that have dealt with Autism and behaviour issues. Having Team teach is a bonus but not a necessity. They re looking for someone who is active and can think on there feet.

It’s a main stream school with a big SEN department. The school is rated GOOD by Ofsted and is well know for looking after its teachers as they believe they are at the heart of the Education.
You will be experienced in this role. Had previous experience in various SEN environments. Ideally some that has had a min of 2 years experience or has looked after a family member with behaviour issues

I have recently spoken with a teacher who I placed in the school 2 years ago. They said it’s a great place to work, they are so glad they made the move as they were not happy in there current role.

The responsibilities for the role are;

*Working one to one
*Working with small groups who have behaviour issues
*Having experience of various SEN needs including autism, MLD, SLD, ADHD, global delay and PMLD
*Be empathetic, hard working and want to make a difference to a child’s life
