Aspire People are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a Trust of Early years schools.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to work with the Trustees to develop a sustainable business model for the Trust with specific responsibility for maximising income generation and achieving cost efficiencies within the 27 member schools of the trust.

The post is initially 2 days per week until end March 2018

Key Requirements
*Management of procurement of support services, supplies and human resources
*Negotiation and management of contracts, tenders and agreements to ensure best value
*Identify income generation opportunities and bid writing
*Collection and collation of financial information of all trust schools
*Strategic financial planning
*Preparation of financial monitoring reports
*Promotion and marketing
*Understanding of government and Local Authority policies regarding nursery school funding
