I am extremely happy to be assisting this Catholic School in Warwickshire to recruit an outstanding and passionate Psychology teacher to join their small and developing department. The department is looking for a teacher to be an integral part of the team and who will help maintain the department’s excellent reputation.
The ideal candidate for this role would be an enthusiastic teacher who will be able to teach KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (IBDP). Applicants do not need to have delivered these particular courses before, but should have the required subject knowledge and be willing to familiarise themselves with the required specifications.
The successful candidate will:
* have a commitment to building positive relationships with young people;
* bring energy and inter-personal skills necessary to inspire and motivate others;
* have a genuine passion for their subject and understand what makes an outstanding lesson;
* be committed to professional development and improving him/herself and others.
At this school all teachers are valued for their creativity, individuality, imagination and flair. You would be joining a small supportive team who look out for each other and work hard. The students are motivated, thirsty for knowledge and job satisfaction is high. The school has a strong partnership between parents, teachers and students. If you enjoy teaching all abilities of students who want to learn, then this is the right school for you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an amazing team in this successful and happy school.
