Rachael is always keen and enthusiastic to help with the school’s requirements when we contact her. She listens to the needs of the class we are trying to cover and works hard to supply a teacher who will respond well to our setting, individual cohort and catchment area. Rachael will not supply anyone who she feels will not be suitable and will tell us this quickly, enabling us to find a more suitable alternative. We appreciate this honesty and would far rather be informed in this way regarding availability of staff. She always listens to and acts upon feedback that we give following a booking.
