We are proud that our compliance process is accredited by the REC and CCS. We follow the strict set of Safer Recruitment guidelines set out by the DfE and we are regularly audited by the REC to these standards. This also allows us to be a Crown Commercial Service Supplier, so when you chose Aspire People for your recruitment needs you are in safe hands and are assured that we have done everything to ensure the teachers and support staff working in our school are safe to do so.
Safer Recruitment for Supply Staff
Our staff undergo the same vetting procedures no matter whether they are teaching or not. Checks include face-to-face interview, DBS, references, right to work and identity checks. All staff sign a copy of Aspire People’s code of conduct, which maintains high standards of service. All staff are issued with a photographic safeguarding document, emailed over as part of the booking confirmation.
All safeguarding documents have been sent promptly and contains all the
