I have worked in Education recruitment since 2007, specialising in the Secondary and FE sector. Most of my recruitment career was spent in Liverpool where I was originally born. I moved to Aspire – Leicester in January 2016 when I relocated. Since then I have thoroughly enjoyed getting
to build new relationships with my secondary schools. I work with many schools within Leicester on an exclusive basis, this allows me to help people within the secondary education sector find their ideal positions.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Working in Education Recruitment can very challenging and fast paced, however placing people in their perfect jobs and making them very happy is why I do it.
