I have worked in education recruitment for 12 years now and I have been at Aspire People for 10 years this year.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I work with the secondary schools in Coventry and Warwickshire, I also live in Warwickshire so working with the schools in my local area is fantastic. I actually work closely with my own secondary school and college that I attended, a long time ago!

What Do You Get a Kick out of in your
Role?

I turn up for work because I get a buzz from getting people into work. This job can be demanding at times but it's definitely worth it when I get the right person into their ideal job role.

School Report

My school report would say "less chatting and more concentrating" which is not a bad thing in the job I do now as this allows me to speak to lots of different people every day!
