Experience of Recruitment / Education
and / Or Experience of What You Do
I have worked in education recruitment on and off since I was seventeen years old. From starting as a receptionist,to resourcer and then to consultant, I have an in depth knowledge of the 360 role of education recruitment. For the past fifteen years I have worked on the Birmingham Primary desk at Aspire, for the past eleven specifically on North Birmingham.
What Do You Do at Aspire People?
I work on the North Birmingham Primary desk and have done so since joining Aspire eleven years ago. I recruit local Teaching/Teaching Assistants and supply to Primary and SEN schools in this area.
What Do You Get a Kick out of in your
Role?
I really enjoy the relationships I build with the staff and schools that work with me.I pride myself in delivering what I promise.
Schools I work with trust the service I provide and are confident in the quality of staff/service I deliver.I believe in giving back to schools as much as I can and I regularly donate my personal time to help where I can.I really feel a sense of achievement when I know I’m doing a good job for a school and have helped in other areas.
Having two young children myself in Primary education, I understand the importance of receiving a high standard of education and strive to supply the best teachers I can.
