I have been within the recruitment sector since 2022, starting out in commercial recruitment then making the move into education in 2023. Since being at Aspire People I have navigated a new sector, improved my communication skills, adapted my skills to suit both candidates and clients. My passion for recruitment has only got bigger and I strive to meet all parties needs.

What do you do at Aspire People?

I work with Shaniece Blakemore covering Coventry and Warwickshire Primary.

What do you get a kick out of in your role?

Putting candidates in the role they love.
