​I have worked in recruitment since the first day of the six weeks holiday where I went from working for Aspire People as a teaching assistant to resourcing for Teachers and TAs. I love working in education, It's something I have done since I left college so it means a lot to me to stay in the education industry. In my new role I am aiming to use my knowledge and experience to help recruit as I know the quality schools require and can spot good skills and attributes.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

​I work for Steve on the Staffordshire primary desk, helping him recruit excellent teachers and teaching assistants that he can place in the schools he has built great partnerships with. Part of my role includes all of the admin that comes with registering candidates and conducting interviews, working as a team with Steve.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

​I love helping teachers and TA's find their perfect position in some great schools. I LOVE being busy and juggling many plates and recruitment is fast past therefore giving me maximum enjoyment!

What Would Your School Report Say?

I would 100% be called the naughty one that always got away with it because I am cheeky. I am friends with everyone and always up for a good time but sometimes I am far too honest for my own good! I love to work hard and push myself until I see results.
