I have worked in education recruitment now for seven years and I absolutely love it, no two days are the same for me – over the past seven years I have built up great relationships with schools and candidates alike and feel that I am making a genuine difference to people with the personable services that I offer to all.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I am a senior recruitment consultant who has worked within the Black Country area for seven years recruiting for Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Learning Support Assistants. My job is to offer a service to local schools, assisting with all of their recruitment needs from day to day last minute cover, long term contracts as well as permanent roles. 

The other side of my job is to look after the candidates that come to me seeking help and guidance in finding them a job that’s right for them.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Working in education recruitment can be full on and at times it can be stressful but there is nothing more rewarding that finding a teacher their perfect job.
