Over 20 years recruitment experience with 10 of those being in Education which is where I found my true passion. Previous roles have included social care recruitment which has supported my genuine interest in the SEN sector and allowed me to be part of something in which I have a firm commitment too. What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

I am responsible for leading the West Midlands Primary & SEN team. My role is ensuring that we continue to offer both our candidates and schools the service and quality they have come to expect from a leading and local recruitment company who always put the children at the heart of everything we do.

​​What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Watching the consultants I work with grow and develop personally as well as professionally will always be the biggest kick for me and the reason why I stay in the recruitment industry. To be part of someone’s success and to be able to share that with them is something I will never tire of.
