I have been in recruitment now for 13 years giving me a solid understanding of the education sector. I still thoroughly enjoy what I do, from visiting schools and understanding their individual environment and unique needs, to learning new things when interviewing Newly Qualified
Teacher to Fully Qualified Teachers and support staff.

I am the Leicestershire Primary Consultant working with mainstream schools across Leicestershire.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Working in education recruitment is fast paced, challenging and very demanding – however can also be really fun, inspiring and rewarding. I like that no day is the same, meaning I face new challenges such as finding the most suitable setting for candidates.
