Over 9 years of recruitment experience, with more than 3 years within education. I support the SEND schools in Lincolnshire whilst leading, coaching and supporting the Lincolnshire branch.

What do you get a kick out of in your role?

I love seeing my team enjoy success and being happy in their role. It makes me smile when we are able to support schools with those hard-to-fill roles.
