Natasja Vivier
Permanent Divisional ManagerExperience of Recruitment / Education and / Or Experience Of What You Do
I have worked in the Education sector for nearly 18 years, supporting schools with office staff, support staff, Teachers, middle leadership and SLT, whilst working in partnership with independent schools, mainstream schools, colleges, large MATs and other education provisions to complement their hiring strategy.
I am originally from South Africa and moved to the UK in 2005 and just ‘landed’ in Education Recruitment and never looked back.
I started my career as a resourcer and quickly worked my way up to be a trainee secondary consultant, a primary consultant, senior consultant, principal consultant and then a permanent division manager.
What Do You Get a Kick out of in your Role?
I pride myself in offering my candidates and clients with an honest, reliable and excellent service. I love matching candidates to their ‘perfect’ role, gaining new leads and business opportunities for my team.
Over the years I have build a strong rapport with a range of universities, candidates and clients and host many interview events for MATs, mainstream and independent schools to help them recruit the best candidates available in the market.
What Would Your School Report Say?
Driven, passionate and hardworking individual who set high expectations for herself. Genuinely care about others and will always go the extra mile to reach her goals. Can sometimes be too hard on herself and apply too much pressure.
My motto in life:
‘Always seek people who will add value to your life and bring out the best in you, and of course be that person for others’.
‘If you don’t believe in yourself, who will?’
