I have worked in Education recruitment for the past five
years and can’t imagine working in any other sector – I love helping primary
schools, finding teachers their perfect roles within them and seeing great
results from pupils.

• What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I work across the Birmingham and Solihull regions, matching great teachers to
great schools, on a daily, long term and permanent basis. I love meeting all my
staff and seeing every school that I work with to ensure I am making a good
match.

• What Do You Get a Kick out of in your
  Role?

I come into work every day to be surrounded by a great team
who all support each other and go to every length to fill every single one of
our bookings. I enjoy the great feeling of placing someone in a job that they
love.
