​I was inspired to work within the Education recruitment sector by both the passion and drive my sister and Aunt have as teacher and former headteacher. During the past five years my Educational Recruitment knowledge has developed to a greater depth than I could ever have imagined.

​What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I love the relationship I have with clients and candidates. It’s one that is based on mutual trust, respect and honesty, all working towards the goal of giving children “the best education possible in life”. This fantastic relationship I have with the clients I work, along with my great candidates, genuinely makes us a great team, offering schools the best supply service in the market. Our passion to do things right, achieving results and continuously aspiring to be better, sets us apart from the rest.​

What Do You Get a Kick out of in your Role?

I truly love the role I work within and although stressful at times it has allowed me help match fantastic teachers and TA’s to large array of schools across the region. The buzz of just “getting it right” is one that’s hard to beat, from both a school and candidate perspective.

What Would Your School Report Say?

Ha Ha! Well I’m sure the word of “chatty” would be high up on the school report list along with “determined”. I often say that I went to the “University Of Life” as have had some amazing work experiences and life experience to date, which stands me in stead for anything that its thrown at me!
