📚 1:1 SEN Tutor needed in Wolverhampton📍Qualified Teacher (QTS) | Ages 3-18 | Flexible Hours within 8am-4pm (dependant on student needs)
Are you a compassionate and skilled teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs?
We're looking for experienced 1:1 SEN Tutors to join our growing team in Wolverhampton, working with children and young people aged 3 to 18 with various additional needs and disabilities. This role is ideal for teachers who want to make a real difference through personalised, impactful education and help students with SEN needs to progress into adult life successfully.
The right candidate will be able to:
Provide individualised support to students with a variety of SEN, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Work with students both in school and in alternative settings (e.g., at home or in the community), depending on the individual needs of each learner.
Plan, prepare, and deliver your own lessons, tailored to each student's goals, abilities, and learning style.
Hours are flexible but must fall within school hours (8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday).
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with students with SEN
Confidence in designing and delivering bespoke lesson plans
Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with learners and families
Strong communication and organisational skills
Adaptable, empathetic, and child-centred approach
Able to work autonomously and record all progress consistently and honestly

Wolverhampton - applicants must be able to travel locally.
