Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with Autism in 1:1 or small group settings.

* Promote independence and confidence in students both in and out of the classroom.
We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous work with children or young adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties is a must.
* Compassion & Patience: You understand the unique challenges students with ASD face and have the empathy and commitment to support them.
* Adaptability: You're flexible, proactive, and always ready to meet the changing needs of the students.
* Communication Skills: You're great at working as part of a team and connecting with both students and staff.
