Job descriptionAspire People are looking for Kitchen assistant for a school in the Lincoln area!
Are you an experienced kitchen staff, and looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for people just like you to join us, working within a school in the Lincoln area.
Position: Part Time 11Am - 1:30PM 5 days per week. Monday - Friday, £12.00 - £13.00 PH.
Experience: Must have UK based experience working within a similar environment
Availability: Flexible day to day working
***MUST HAVE A DBS OR WILLING TO OBTAIN ONE AT £47.20***
What does the role involve?
We offer staff the opportunity to work in a lively and rewarding environment, supporting both students and teachers in education settings, including nurseries, primary and secondary schools.
This position allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Duties may include but not limited to:
* Preparing and cooking meals for the children
* Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Serving food to students
* Cleaning up the kitchen, wash pots and fill in the daily kitchen book
Who are we looking for?
* Relevant experience within a school or similar environment
* Relevant training and certificates completed
* Proactive
* Hardworking
* Able to multi task
* Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Candidates must be comfortable working on a temporary and day to day basis, and all candidates must pass the relevant checks required for working with and around children, including references and an enhanced DBS check.
