About the role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a class during a teacher's absence. The work will be set, and your role will involve ensuring students stay on task and behave appropriately. This is a great opportunity to gain classroom experience and develop your skills in education.
What we're looking for:
Confidence to manage a classroom and maintain order
Strong communication skills
Experience working with young people in any setting (education, coaching, mentoring, etc. is beneficial)
A proactive and positive approach to supporting students
Flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
Reliable transport or ability to travel across Ellesmere Port
