About the role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to manage lessons in the absence of the teacher. Your primary role will be to ensure students stay on task with pre-set work while maintaining a positive learning environment. It's a great role for those considering a future in teaching or for anyone with experience working with young people.
What we're looking for:
Confidence in managing a classroom
Clear communication skills
Experience working with children or young people in any capacity (previous education, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus)
A passion for helping students succeed
Flexibility and adaptability in different school settings
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
Ability to commute to schools in and around Malpas
