Cover Supervisor - Secondary School - DerbyLocation: Derby
Job Type: Flexible - Day-to-Day, Part-Time, or Full-Time
Key Stages: KS3 - KS4
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Are you confident in managing a classroom and delivering pre-planned lessons? We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Derby, covering in the absence of teachers.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will work with Key Stage 3 and 4 students, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining classroom behaviour, and providing support where needed-no planning or marking required!
Requirements:
✅ Experience working in a UK school (essential)
✅ A DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one
✅ Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class
✅ A flexible and proactive approach to education
✅ A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
