About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. Your role will involve:
Managing the classroom environment and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
Following lesson plans and ensuring students complete their work.
Supporting student behaviour in line with school policies.
Covering a variety of subjects, offering a diverse and rewarding experience.
What We're Looking For:
A confident and proactive individual with strong communication skills.
Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring) is desirable but not essential.
A passion for education and a desire to gain valuable classroom experience.
