Aspire people are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on students' learning while supporting their education in the absence of their regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage classes across a variety of subjects.
Ensure students are on task and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and ensure smooth continuity of learning.
Support students with their learning and behaviour to maintain a positive classroom culture.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people (in any capacity).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage classrooms effectively and work independently.
A proactive and adaptable attitude.
