Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a new challenge in Leicester?Or are you currently registered with another teaching agency but not getting enough work?
We have a school in Leicester looking for a passionate full-time cover supervisor who is confident with covering all subjects with direction from Head of department and is able to handle challenging behaviour in the classroom. We have an exclusive agreement in place with Lionheart Academies Trust and other Leicester schools, which have a huge demand for cover supervisors on a regular basis.
Aspire People are looking to appoint additional confident, flexible, and enthusiastic cover supervisors for regular work at schools based in Leicester. This Cover Supervisor position will start immediately until February half-term and will be extended for the right candidate. This will be based around your availability and other commitments. Aspire People are looking for excellent classroom practitioners with good classroom management skills.
The successful cover supervisor will be qualified to degree level and will have a passion for working with children. Work will include the supervision of the whole class during short-term absences of class teachers under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, delivery of pre-prepared exercises, managing student behaviour and assisting students in relevant activities in line with school policies and procedures.
