Are you an experienced educator, recent graduate, or someone with strong behaviour management skills looking for flexible work in secondary schools?Aspire People are currently experiencing a high demand for Cover Supervisors to provide daily cover across secondary schools in the Bolton area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on students' learning.
The Role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher.
* Maintain behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
* Support students in completing tasks and encourage engagement in lessons.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups.
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced teachers, recent graduates, or individuals with experience in classroom/behaviour management.
* Previous UK school experience is essential.
* A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
* Ability to provide 2 years of professional references.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for education.
