Position: Cover Supervisor (Flexible Day-to-Day Supply Role)
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be:
Delivering pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Creating a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere that helps students stay focused and motivated.
Keeping students on track, managing behavior, and ensuring they have a productive lesson.
Providing feedback to the teaching staff about how the lesson went and students' progress.

Enthusiastic about education and supporting young learners.
A great communicator with excellent organizational skills.
Open to working in a flexible, supply-based role.
Previous experience in a school environment is a bonus, but not essential.
